Our Head Chef Jack and Sous Chef Magda only use the very best local produce & seasonal ingredients to create our dishes at Thyme Kitchen. Our local suppliers include, Rob Meehan Butchers in Lichfield & Packington Free Range who supply all of our eggs, and believe us… we get through a lot! 

Magda is the much loved mom of the kitchen, making sure everyone is fed and cared for! Jack’s known for his bakes and his brownie trimmings are always the highlight of the day!



Rae is the Manager here at Thyme and if you visit us, chances are you will find Rae situated next to a cute doggy visitor! When Rae isn’t at work she’s spending quality time with family and friends or hiking with her puppy Copper. 

Francesca is a member of our front of house team here at Thyme Kitchen. When Cesca isn’t at work, you would probably find her at the gym! She loves all things active, especially horse riding & dancing.
