At Thyme Kitchen, we want every guest to feel welcomed and worry free! If you have any specific needs, please let us know in advance and we’ll do everything we can to make your visit enjoyable. Below are some FAQ’s and answers to put your mind at ease.
HOW TO ACCESS THYME-
Our entrance and dining areas are step-free, and we have plenty of space between tables. Please just let us know ahead of your visit that you require an easily accessible table and we will have one ready and waiting for your arrival!
WHERE TO PARK-
Curborough Countryside Center have dedicated blue badge spaces in our large, free car park. These are situated a short distance from Thymes entrance, which can be accessed via a wheelchair ramp.
MENUS AT THYME-
We can provide large-print menus for easy reading, and our team is also more than happy to read through the menu with you if required.
Dining with allergies? No problem! We have allergen menus available to view online or in Thyme. Please just ask a member of our team to advise.
ACCESSIBLE TOILETS-
We have a fully accessible toilet designed with wheelchair users in mind. Our disabled toilet is also fit with a baby changing table for all of our parents!
DOG FRIENDLY-
All dogs, including guide dogs and assistance dogs, are always welcome here at Thyme. Please just let us know when booking if you are bringing a furry friend as we do have a dog free section of our restaurant!
ALLERGENS-
Everything at Thyme Kitchen is cooked fresh to order, this means we are able to adapt a lot of our dishes to become suitable of all your dietary needs. Please just speak to a member of our team and they can advise further.
