Our Head Chef Jack only uses the very best local produce & seasonal ingredients to create our dishes at Thyme Kitchen. Jack’s known for his bakes and his brownie trimmings are always the highlight of the day!
We are very excited to welcome Chesca back to our new duty manager! You may remember her friendly face from a few years ago.
Verity is another member of our amazing FOH crew! She’s a leader of a Scout Group, budding cook & above all else an amazing runner! Verity ran the 2024 London Marathon to raise money for a cause very close to her heart, Cardiomyopathy UK.
Jonny is our KP at Thyme, who has now been with us for over 3 years! Jonny loves to go plane spotting & taking himself on adventures all over the World. Jonny took home the silver award for Unsung Hero at the 2025 Staffs Awards and we couldn’t be prouder.
